I was born in Caracas, Venezuela, during a time when the country was experiencing a significant economic boom, driven by immigration from Europe and South America. Growing up in this culturally diverse environment sparked my curiosity about the world's various countries and cities. After earning my Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, I seized the opportunity to relocate to Miami in 1989. Shortly thereafter, I became a mother to my second child and devoted myself to raising my two wonderful kids for the subsequent years. In 1992, I embarked on a new adventure by joining a travel agency as an administrator, situated in the vibrant Calle 8, also known as "la Sawesera." This experience introduced me to the fundamentals of the travel industry, and I quickly found myself captivated by the idea of helping clients create lasting memories through travel. Eager to deepen my knowledge, I enrolled in a travel agent course to gain a deeper understanding of the business. My dedication did not go unnoticed, as I was offered the opportunity to manage the travel agency of my instructor, who soon became my Travel Agent Guru. In 1994, my journey led me to Orlando, where I had the privilege of working with Kiwi Vacations and The Walt Disney Travel Company. It was during this time that I honed my skills and expanded my expertise in the travel industry. In 2002, my husband Jorge and I, both System Engineers from Venezuela (yes, we met in college), decided to return to South Florida. We founded a consulting firm and collaborated with our partners to develop software and business plans for our clients. It was during this period that a friend in the cruise industry suggested we create an online platform to offer cruises on the web. Eager to embrace this new opportunity, we took action, and that marked the inception of Allcruiseline.com. My journey has been a remarkable blend of passion for travel, dedication to excellence, and a commitment to creating exceptional experiences for our clients. Join me on this exciting voyage as we continue to explore the world together through the wonders of travel.
